My Experience
I’m Sonia - a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Stage 4 cancer thriver, and soul-led coach for women who refuse to be defined by a diagnosis.
When I was told I had 6–8 months to live, I didn’t just follow the protocol.
I combined functional healing, deep emotional work, and radical self-trust to create a path no one told me existed - one that led me back to health, strength, and purpose.
Because healing isn’t about copying someone else’s path - it’s about creating your own.
My life has been one hellva training ground! Cancer, Addison's Disease from cancer treatment - and everything in between - and yet, here I am thriving!
